Owner & Esthetician

Amanda is a licensed esthetician in the Lafayette, LA area whose passion for beauty and wellness has laid the foundation for this results-driven and relaxation focused esthetic studio. She strives to constantly stay up to date on all things skincare, and has continued to elevate her skill level and her education by receiving multiple advanced skin treatment certifications, including the Lira Clinical Smart Peels system, Lira Clinical Advanced Smart Peels, and the new Lira Clinical Pure Peel. Since starting her career as an esthetician she has been continuously recognized year after year as a top 5 finalist and even a top 3 finalist for the Times of Acadiana “Best Of” competition in the Best Facial category.

STUDIO POLCIES

Please review all of our studio policies below before scheduling. If you have any questions about any of our policies feel free to contact us directly via phone or email.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

    While we understand occasionally late arrivals will happen we do ask you be on time for all scheduled appointments. Arriving late will cut into your allotted treatment time. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late we will have to reschedule, and you will be charged as a late cancelation/ no show.

  • AM I ALLOWED TO BRING EXTRA GUESTS/ CHILDREN TO MY APPOINTMENT?

    Due to the relaxing nature of our skin treatments and other esthetic services, and because we do have a lot of chemicals, sharp tools, and limited space – children ARE NOT permitted in the studio. We also ask that you do not bring any other guests with you to your appointments. Thank you for your understanding!

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept all major credit cards, (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) Debit cards, Apple Pay, and Venmo. We also accept Amanda Dubois Esthetics gift cards that can be purchased in the studio or online.

  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

    All treatments/services and treatment packages purchased are NON-FUNDABLE.

    Gift cards (physical and e-gift cards) are NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT redeemable for cash.

    All late cancelation and no show charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to next appointment's cost.

  • HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

    The easiest way to schedule is doing so online with my online booking, or you can call to schedule. Since I do not have a receptionist please understand I am not always available for phone calls, and will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

  • IS MY CARD CHARGED WHEN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

    Nope! Your credit card simply reserves your appointment and is only charged if you fail to follow the cancelation and no show policies. Please review the cancelation and rescheduling policies on our booking page for more information.

  • AM I REQUIRED TO HAVE A CARD ON FILE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

    Yes, having a credit or debit card on file is required for any appointments scheduled, however you do not have to pay for your service(s) with that card. The card you choose will only be saved to your appointment for no show protection, unless you would like to leave the card on your client profile for future payments.

  • HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

    The easiest way to cancel or reschedule your appointment is to do so on the Vagaro app or by clicking the link in your appointment confirmation texts/emails. You may also cancel or reschedule by calling or texting Amanda Dubois Esthetics directly.

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY?

    Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment(s) start time. If the appointment(s) is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the client will be charged a late cancelation fee, 75% of the total service(s) cost. If a client no-shows their appointment they will be charged 75% of the total service(s) costs. All late cancelation and no show charges will be charged to the card on file.
