I kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule an appointment you do so 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time. Email and text reminders are sent out 24 hours before your appointment. Clients who fail to cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before their scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment(s) scheduled to the card on file. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled to the card on file. Any client who’s card declines for a late cancel or no show fee will be sent an invoice that must be paid before you will be allowed to book another appointment. If your card declines for a late cancelation/no show fee, any future appointments will also be canceled.
Please contact me via text or phone call if you are running late. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival you will still be charged for the full service amount. If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment I reserve the right to cancel your appointment. If your appointment has to be canceled or rescheduled because of your late arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Due to the fact Amanda Dubois Esthetics is a relaxing environment I kindly ask that you bring no other guests with you to your appointment. Guests will not be allowed in the treatment room during your service(s). Children are not allowed in the studio for safety reasons.
